At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held on board a Boat at Walbridge on Wednesday the 13^th day of August 1829
Present: M^r S Fisher, M^r Wyatt, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Jn^o Holbrow, M^r P H Fisher, M^r Tho Holbrow.
Geo Hawker attended on behalf of Charles Thomas Sharpe of Lisle Street Westminster in the County of Middlesex Porteman & made out his Claim to two Shares N^os 40 & 47 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of his Sister Mary Sharpe of Adams Place Kings Road in the Parish of S^t Lukes Chelsea in the County of Middlesex deceased by producing the Probate of the Will of the said Mary Sharpe dated the 17^th day of March 1829 and proved by the said Charles Thomas Sharpe the Executor named in the said Will of the said Mary Sharpe in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord 1829.
And the Claim of Him the said Charles Thomas Sharpe is hereby admitted as such Executor of the said Will.
Ordered that the Swivel Bridge near Stonehouse Church be repaired.
Ordered that the bank of the Canal at Saul Bridge be repaired.
