Anna Neel and Rev David Jones claimed share no,128, will of Rev Peter Neel.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 22nd Day of April 1830
Present: D^r Darke, M^r Geo Wathen, M^r Wyatt, M^r Grazebrook, M^r P H Fisher.
Examined the Books & Accounts of the Company
D^r Darke attended on behalf of Anna Veel of Sodbury in the County of Gloucester Spinster and the Rev^d David Jones of Westerleigh in the said County of Gloucester and made out their claim for One Share N^o 128 in the Stroudwater Navigation late the property of the Rev^d Peter Veel of Boxwell in the County of Gloucester deceased, by producing the probate of the Will of the said Peter Veel dated the Nineteenth of August 1829 and proved by the said Anna Veel & the said David Jones (the Executors named in the said Will of the said Peter Veel0 in the prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury the 11^th January 1820,. Whereby it appears that the said share is bequeathed to them the said Anna Veel & the said David Jones in trust and their claim is hereby admitted.
