On 3 March J Dangerfield, master of the Rose Ann, passed without giving any account what he had on board the boat. Fined penalty of 5s for not giving any account of his cargo and wasting water. R Williams, the owner, to be charged 3p per ton

Dangerfield Master of the Rose Ann on the 3^rd of March passed without giving any account which he had on board the vessel.
Ordered that he be fined in the mitigated Penalty of 5^s/ for not giving an account of his cargo and for wasting water.
Ordered that R Williams the Owner be charged 3^d per Ton.
