Mr Peyton reported that he had heard from Mr Clegram on behalf of the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Co that they were willing to consent to the terms of the Resolutions passed by the Committee on 18 August. ie to widen the opening from the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Co into the Stroudwater Canal at the junction and also the widen and lengthen the bridge and bridgeway at Wak Bridge. Mr Peyton had a copy of these proposals and agreement to the terms and conditions laid down.
Messrs Wall & Hook to pay 10s wharfage of stone at Dudbridge Wharf.
The seal of the Company be affixed to the lease of the house let to J Nicholls at Downfield.

M^r Peyton reported that he had seen M^r Clegram who informed him that on the part of the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Company he was willing to consent to the terms of the Resolution passed by this Committee on the 18^th August last and of which he had a copy sent him respecting the opening from the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal into our Canal at the Junction & also the widen & lengthen the Bridge & Bridgeway at the Walkbridge & to carry out the alterations in relation thereto on the terms laid down i such Resolution.
Ordered that Mess^r Wall & Hook pay 10^s/ & Wharfage of Stone at Dudbridge Wharf.
Income Tax ordered to be returned at 2131^£.
Ordered that the Seal of this Company be affixed to the Lease of the House let to J Ricketts at Downfield.
Ordered that the General Half Yearly Meeting be held on Tuesday Oct^r 27^th at 2 o'clock PM & that the Committee Meeting be held the same day at 12.30.
