General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 October 1871 £1266 0s 11d. After wages, etc, profit £732 19s 7d. Dividend of £3 10s declared.
Captain C H Fisher re-elected a member of the committee, he having ceased to belong to the board by reason of three consecutive absences .
At a General Half Yearly Meeting held at Wallbridge at 2 o'clock on Thursday October 24^th 1872.
[1] The Minutes of the Committee since the last General assembly were read, approved and confirmed.
The several books and a/cx were produced as directed by Act of Parliament, and were examined and passed.
It appears that the sum of £1266..0..11 has been received from the 1^st April to the 1^st October 1872 part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages, disbursements, etc, & there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £732..9..7 after paying the last dividend.
Ordered that a dividend of £3..10..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st November 1872 free on Income tax.
