General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 April £1245 10s 3d. After wages, etc, profit £725 14s 8d. Dividend of £3 10s declared.
Major C H Fisher be re-elected a member of the committee, having ceased to belong by reason of three consecutive absences.
At a General Half yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Thursday eh 23^rd Day of October 1873, at 1,o,clock pm

[1] The Minutes of the Committee since the last General assembly were read, approved, and confirmed.
The several books and accounts were produced as directed by Act of Parliament, and were examined and passed.
It appears that the sum of £1245..10..3 has been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st Day of October 1873, part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £725,,14,,8 after paying the last Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £3..10..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st Day of November 1873, free of Income tax.
Ordered that Major C H Fisher be re-elected a member of the Committee, he having ceased to belong to the Board by reason of three consecutive absences from the Committee Meetings.
