Summary

The Company’s seal be affixed to the demise of Dudbridge Wharf to be taken by Mr R Williams.
Clerk reported that Messers Davies & Sons, Stonehouse, carted wool through Stonehouse Wharf that came by railway. The matter was referred to Mr Beard who promised to speak to them about it.
Mr Beard stated that Mr French had spoken to him respecting some accommodation at Stonehouse Wharf. Ordered that the surveyor see Mr French and request him to point out what he wishes to be done.

Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 18^th day of December 1873 at 12,o,clock (noon)
Present: M^r G H A Beard Chairman, M^r Thos Marling, N^r W W Kearsey, M^r T M Croome, M^r S Phipps, M^r J T Fisher, Major C H Fisher.
[33] Resolved that the Company's Seal be affixed to the demise of the Dudbridge Wharf, taken by Mr R Williams from the 29^th September 1873. The demise was produced by Mr W W Kearsey.
[42] The Clerk reported that Messrs Davies & Sons, Stonehouse, carted wool through Stonehouse Wharf, that came be Railway. The matter was referred to Mr Beard who promised to speak to them about it.
