General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 October 1873 £1336 12s 3d. After wages, etc, profit £801 2s 8d. Dividend of £4 declared.
At a General Half yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation, held at Wallbridge Committee Room on Thursday the 23^rd day of April 1874. at 1,o,clock pm

[1] The various accounts, books and vouchers signed by Mr Coley the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced as directed by the Act of Parliament, examined and passed.
The Treasurers Book was produced, examined & signed.
The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Meeting were read approved and confirmed.
It appears that the sum of £1336..12..3 has been received from the 1^st day of October 1873, to the 1^st day of April 1874, part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £801..2..8 after paying the last Dividend.
Ordered that a Divident of £4..0..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of May next free of Income tax.
