Evidence produced of the death of Mrs Isabelle Stanton, joint owner with C.H. Stanton in share nos. 76 and 86.
Messrs Hooper & Co given permission to lay down a pipe from the canal for supplying water to Bond’s Mill Steam Boiler at an annual rate of £1.

The various accounts, Books & vouchers signed by Mr Coley the Auditor and certified to be correct, were produced, examined and passed.
The Treasurers Book was produced, examined and signed.
[32] Evidence was produced of the death of Mrs Isabella Stanton widow, on the 9^th June 1874, joint owner with C H Stanton in shares No 76 & 86,
[30] A letter form Messrs Hooper & Co was read applying for permission to lay down a 2" pipe for the Canal for supplying water to Bonds Mill Steam Boiler in Folio rent Book 32.
Resolved that permission be given and a yearly tenancy at an annual rent of £1 commencing from the 29^th September 1874.
