Messrs Davies & Sons given permission to have water from the canal for supplying the engine boilers at Stonehouse Mills on payment of £2 p.a. for each pipe put in.
The account sent by Messrs Ford Brothers applying for payment of £6 17s for shrubs planted on the slope on the offside near Ryeford Mills be disallowed and the amount carried onto the next account.
Mr Kearsey, Mr Beard and Mr J. Marling be appointed as sub-committee to meet the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Co committee in reference to alteration of tonnages on their canal.
Cleansing the canal: Clerk to ask the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal Company for the charge per week of the use of their steam dredger.

[30] A letter was read from Messrs Davies & Sons, applying for permission to have water from the Canal for supplying the Engine boiler of Stonehouse Mills.
Resolved that permission be given on an annual payment of £2 for each pipe put in, commencing from the 25^th March 1875,
[38] Resolved that the a/c sent by Messrs Ford Brothers applying for payment of £6..17..0 for shrubs planted on the Slope on the off side of the Canal near Ryeford Mills, be disallowed and the amount carried on to the next a/c.
[38] Resolved that Mr Kearsey, Mr Beard & Mr T Marling be appointed as sub committee to meet the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Committee in reference to the alteration of tonnages on this Canal.
Cleansing the Canal
[7] The Clerk was directed to write to the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal Co asking what charges per week they would make for the use of their Steam Dredger.
