General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 October 1874 £1234 12s 11d. After wages, etc, profit £693 15s. Dividend of £3 7s 6d declared.
At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge Committee Room on Thursday the 22^nd day of April 1875 at 4,o,clock pm

[1] The Minutes of the Committee since the last General assembly were read approved and confirmed.
The several books and accounts were produced as directed by the Act of Parliament and were examined and passed.
It appears that the sum of £1234..12..11 has been received from the 1^st day of October last to the 1^st day of April, part of which has been applied towards the payment of wages diebursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £693..15..0 after paying the last Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £3..7..6 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of May next free of Income tax.
