Summary

Reports produced from Mr Leader Williams and of Mr Beardmore, Civil Engineer, (together with a section prepared by the latter) on the present state of the T&S Canal as between Cirencester and Wallbridge on a survey made by them on the 28th and 29th of September last, together with the bills of charges which had been very recently received by Mr Kearsey our solicitor. The matter of too much importance to be now considered and dealt with, without longer notice so a special meeting of the committee is to be held on the 14th day of November 1875.

Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 21^st day of October 1875 at 3,o,clock pm
Present: M^r G H A Beard Chairman, M^r W W Kearsey, M^r S Phipps, M^r C H Hooper, M^r J T Stanton.
The various accounts, books & vouchers signed by Mr Coley the Auditor, and certified to be correct were produced, examined and passed.
The Treasurers book was produced examined and signed.
[37] There was today produced to us the Reported of Mr E Leader Williams, and of M^r Beardmore Civil Engineer (together with a Section prepared by the latter) on the present state of the Thames & Severn Canal between Cirencester and Wallbridge on a Survey made by them on the 28^th & 29^th of September last together with their Bills of charges; which had been very recently received by Mr Kearsey our Solicitor.
Resolved - That the present meeting consider the matter to be of too much importance to be now considered and dealt with, without longer longer notice; and that a Special Meeting of the Committee to be held on the 4^th day of November 1875, at 3,o,clock in the afternoon, to be called by the Clerk for that purpose.
