General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 April £1536 8s 5d. After wages, etc, profit £827 16s 1d. Dividend of £4 declared.
At a General Half yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation, held at their Committee Room at Wallbridge on Thursday 1^st day of October 1875 at 4,o,clock pm

[1] The Minutes of the Committee since the last General assembly were read, approved and confirmed.
It appears that the sum of £1536..8..5 has been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st day of October 1875 part of which has been applied towards payment of wages disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £827..16..1 (after paying the last Didivend) including the balance from the last half year of £18..15..0.
Ordered that a dividend of £4..-..- on each share be declared, payable on the 1^st day of November 1875 free on Income Tax.
