Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 20^th day of January 1876 at 3,o,clock pm
Present; Mr G H A Beard Chairman, M^r J T Stanton, Mr S Phipps, Mr T M Croome, Mr T Marling.
[37] M^r G H A Beard of Leonard Stanley in the County of Gloucester Esquire, attended as sole Executor of the Will of Anne Beard formerly of Kings Stanley in the said County of Gloucester but late of Leonard Stanley in the said County, Spinster, deceased (who died on the 5^th day of November 1875) and made out his claim to one share No 49 of the undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation and now standing in the name of the said Anne Beard deceased in the Books of the said Company of Proprietors, by producing the probate of the Will of the said Anne Beard, deceased, bearing date the 25^th day of July 1842 and proved in the District Registry of Her Majestys Court of Probate in Gloucester on the 31^st day of December 1875, and the Claim was admitted accordingly, and a new ticked ordered to be made out, on the ticket or title of the said Anne Beard deceased being delivered up.
