Summary

Annual stoppage for repairs to take place from the 1 to 10 July 1876.
Usual triennial stoppage of the towpath to take place from the 12 to 16 June 1876.
Mr W.W. Kearsey paid in 1s received from Mrs Williams in compliance with the conditions contained in his letter 28 March 1876.
Stroud Gas Company have now two pipes carrying water from the canal and other pipes carrying water from the roofs of other buildings into the canal. Permission given to continue all such pipes during the pleasure of the Company for annual payment of 1s.

Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 18^th day of May 1876 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr G H A Beard Chairman, Mr W W Kearsey, Mr T Marling, Mr S Phipps, Mr T M Croome, Mr E C Little, Mr J T Stanton.
It was proposed, seconded and carried unanmously that Mr G H A Beard be the Chairman in the ensuing year.
[31] Ordered that the Annual Stoppage of the Canal for repairs take place from the 1^st to the 10^th July 1876.
[34] Ordered that the usual triennul Stoppage of the towing path take place from the 12^th to the 16^th June 1876.
[18] Mr W W Kearsey paid in 1/- received from Mrs Williams (as per Resolution passed on the 16^th of March last) in compliance with the conditions contained in his letter to Mrs Williams of the 18^th March 1876.
[30] That the Stroud Gas Company who have now laid two pipes by which they take water from the Canal, and other pipes carrying water from the roofs of their buildings into the canal,
Resolved, that the Company be allowed permission to continue all such pipes during the pleasure of the Navigation upon payment for such permission at the rate of one shilling (1/-) per annum commencing on the 24^th day of June next, and that the Resolution passed on the 16^th day of December 1875 be rescinded.
