General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 April £1732 1s. After wages, etc, profit £859 17s. Dividend of £4 declared.
Mr Kearsey re-elected as a member of the Committee, also Major Fisher.
The sum of £1019.14s.1d, the balance of £1441.2s.7d received on a judgement debt from the Stonehouse and Nailsworth Company, remains in the hands of the treasurer, the sum of £421.8s.7d having been expending therefrom as per account in the cashbook.

The minutes of the Committee since the last General Meeting were approved and confirmed.
[1] It appears that the sum of £1732..1..0 has been received from the 1^st day of Aprils 1877 to the 1^st day of October 1877 and a balance brought forward of £14..7..8 from the last Half year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £1746,,8,,8 of which sum £886..11..8 has been applied towards the payment of Wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer £859..17..0 available for Dividend.
Ordered that a dividend of £4..0..9 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next free of Income tax, Carrying on a balance of £59..17..0.
Mr Kearsey was re-elected as a member of the Committee. Also Major Fieher was re-elected as a member of the Committee.
