Mr W W Kearsey produced demises to Messrs Butt and Skurray of the warehouse and Mrs Knee of a stable on Wallbridge Wharf.
The settlement with the executors of the late William Knee the late tenant and Mrs Knee of the wharf Wallbridge is that they pay for office buildings fixtures and weighing machine and all which belonged to Mr Knee’s executors and Mrs Knee on her leaving £35. Less repairs to Ship Inn payable by the executors and Mrs Knee on her leaving £17 4s. Balance £17 16s.
Estimate from Mr Evans of Saul for a new house boat for the workmen amounting to £70 accepted.

[33] Mr W W Kearsey the Solicitor for the Company having produced demises to Messrs Butt & Skurray of the Warehouse and Mrs Knee of the Stable on Wallbridge Wharf,
Resolved that the same be sealed and that the Clerk be authorized to affix the Cos Seal thereto.
[44] Resolved that the following be the settlement with the Executors of the late William Knee the late tenant and Mrs Knee of the wharf Wallbridge which Mr E Smith the Solicitor of the Executors and Mrs Knee attended & approved (viz):
To pay for office Buildings fixtures & Weighing Machine and all which belonged to Mrs Knees Executors and Mrs Knee on her leaving: £35..0..0

The Clerk produced an Estimate from Mr F Evans of Saul for a new House Boat for the Workmen amounting to £70. The same was ordered to be built.
