Mrs Knee having refused to execute the demise of the stable on Wallbridge Wharf, ordered that the Company's Seal be removed.
Bargemen E Fryer, G Long and J Thomas had wasted water in the five locks. Each to be fined 10s or the full penalty be enforced.
Bargeman J Powell wasted water and strapped his barge to the handrail of the top gate at the top of the five locks. Fined £1 or the full penalty.

[33] Mrs Knee having refused to execute the demise of the Stable on Wallbridge Wharf,
Resolved that the seal of the Company be taken off the demise, the same having become of no effect.
[8] The Clerk reported that E Fryer, G Long and J Thomas Bargemen did waste the water in the five locks.
Ordered that each pays fine of 10/- or the full penalty be enforced.
[18] Also that J Powell Bargeman did waste the water and strap his Barge to the hand rail of the top gate at the top of the five locks. Ordered that he pay a fine of £1 or the full penalty be enforced.
