Messrs Webb & Spring to be charged for using the canal between their two yards at Ebley.
Sub-committee of Mr Beard, Mr Hooper and Mr Stanton to look into the erection of the New Cottage at Eastington.
Mr James Williams to be charged a weekly rent for the use of the coal pen at Bristol Road Wharf.
Clerk to ask Mr Clegram to find some materials from Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Co towards the New Swing Bridge called the Walk Bridge to be erected by the Company.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Thursday the 21^st day of March 1878 @ 3,o,clock pm

[45] Ordered that the Half yearly Meeting be held on the 25^th day of April at 4,o,clock pm.
[30] The Clerk reported that Messrs Webb & Spring worked a boat between their two yards at Ebley and as the amount of traffic cannot be ascertained, Resolved that a charge of £2..12..0 per annum be made commencing from the 25^th day of March 1878,
[5] Resolved that the following gentlemen form a sub-committee to arrange the business connected with the erection of the New Cottage at Eastington (viz) Mr Beard, Mr Hooper and Mr Stanton.
[30] Mr James Williams having applied for use of a Coal pen at Bristol Road Wharf,
Resolved that he have the use of the same at a weekly rental of 1/- commencing from the 25^th March 1878.
[33] The demise of the Warehouse at Wallbridge to Messrs Butt & Skurray was produced with the Companys Seal attached thereto.
[4] The Clerk was directed to write to Mr Clegram asking him if the G&B Canal Co could find us some materials towards a New Swing Bridge called the Walk Bridge proposed to be erected by this Company.
