Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 18^th day of September 1883 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Mr E F Gyde, Mr H H Mills, Mr J T Stanton, Mr W H Marling, Mr G H A Beard, Mr Jno Howard.
[45] Ordered that the next Committee Meeting be held on Tuesday the 23^rd day of October next @ 3.o.clock pm and the General Half-yearly Meeting on the same day at 4,o,clock pm.
[385] As Mr Barnard had not replied to the letter of the 24^th July requiring him to repair the wall at Dudbridge,
Ordered that a second letter be written to him by the Clerk.
[38] The Solicitor to the Company was requested to write to Mr Powell for the payment of £6..5..3 due from him for Tonnage.
[51] Mr P Savage (Road Surveyor to the Wheatenhurst Highway Board) applied to rent a portion of the Dudbridge wharf for the deposit of Stone. Ordered that the Clerk write to him in approval at a rent of £2 per annum from the 29^th September inst.
[57] A Meeting of the Allied Navigations having been called for the 28^th inst to be held at the Gloucester and Berkley Canal office in Gloucester, the Chairman with the Solicitor and Clerk were requested to attend.
