Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 19^th day of November 1889 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr C H Hooper, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr E P Little, Mr G H A Beard.
[50] The consideration of the matter of persons habitually using the Canal water and the charge to be made upon them was again postponed to enable the Chairman to go through the list.
[7] The conduct of the wharfinger (Clark) in retaining a portion of certain tonnage monies was discussed and the course adopted by the Chairman with the approval of Mr Hamilton Mills, in the caution he gave to the Wharfinger, was approved.
