Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 17^th day of March 1891 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr W J Stanton Chairman, Mr H H Mills, Mr Jno Howard, Mr E P Little, Sir W H Marling Bart.
[F^o 72] The Clerk reported that the purchase money of £400 for the land at Dudbridge had been paid by Mr Barnard and that the same had been placed to the account of "The Reserve Fund" at the County of Gloucester Bank to bear interest at £3 per cent per annum.
Also that the repairs to Framilode pier had been completed.
[F^o 73] The Captain of "Seabreeze" attended pursuant to the minute passed at the last Meeting and having apologised for his conduct was admonished by the Chairman.
It was ordered that the Oak required for the new bottom gates at Bristol Road Lock be bought of Mr Morgan of Cambridge near Stonehouse at the price of 3/3 per cube foot.
A claim was made and presented by the Rsv^d W Eycott Martin of West Farleigh Vicarage near Maidstone for an unpaid Dividend of £11 due on the 1^st November 1865 in respect to Shares Nos 114 and 115 then held by Richard Martin and W^m John Wood. It appearing the dividend warrant had been lost or destroyed, and a guarantee or indemnity by the said W^m Eycott Martin and Edward Palling Little of Stroud Solicitor having been presented at the Meeting, it was ordered that a fresh warrant should be issued to the said W^m Eycott Martin for such divident.
