Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 25^th day of October 1892 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr H H Mills, Mr E P Little, Mr C H Hooper, Mr W^m Davies, Mr Jno Howard, Sir W H Marling Bart.
The various accounts, Books and vouchers signed by the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and passed.
The Treasurer's Book was produced and signed by the Chairman.
A discussion took place on the subject of the drainage into the Canal of the Property at Ebley and the Chairman said he would take an opportunity of seeing Mr Warman the Clerk of the Board of Guardians and to the Sanitary Authorities or of ascertaining so far as he could the result of the appeal made to those Authorities by the Canal Co some years since.
The Clerk made a report upon the state of the Thames & Severn Canal which was read -- whereupon the Clerk to the Company was requested to write to the Board of Trade, such letter to be approved by the Solicitor to the Company, directing their attention to the systematic neglect on the part of the representatives of the Canal to keep the Waterway properly open and available for traffic.
The Seal of the Company was affixed to the Tenancy agreement of a Cottage at Framiode to Joseph Nicholson.
