Summary

Mr Barnard applied to Clerk for fence at Dudbridge Wharf enclosing piece of land he bought from Company. Present new pauling might be shifted and fresh palling put where needed.

Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 15^th day of November 1892 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr H H Millsm Mr W^m Davies, Mr Jno Howard, Mr E P Little.
The Solicitor to the Company explained his reasons for not writing to the Board of Trade as instructed at the last Meeting and especially the fact that the water communication was now open.
Mr Barnard having applied to the Clerk that the fence at Dudbridge wharf enclosing the piece of land he bought of the Company should be fenced off, the Chairman was requested to inspect the same with the Clerk and Mr Barnard the present iron railing might be shifted and fresh railing put in where needed.
It was resolved that the new occupier of the Ebley Saw Mill be charged £1 per annum for the use of Canal Water to his Engine Boiler.
The Clerk reported that he had procured a suitable tenant for the Canal House at Eastington in Mr R Salmon of Cirencester, of whom the Committee approved.
The attention of the Committee was directed by the Clerk to the discharge of Sewage from Mr Harper's premises at Dudbridge and the Chairman said he would inspect it.
