William Walker Renard and Samuel Renard claimed share no.4, will of Martha Anne Renard.

There was no matter brought before this Meeting of sufficient importance to require recording.
Henry Hamilton Mills of Stroud in the County of Gloucester Solicitor attended for and on behalf of and under a written Authority from William Walker Renard of Rawden near Lees in the County of York Farmer and Samuel Renard of 55 Addison Road Kensington London Gentleman being the Executors of the Will of Martha Anne Renard late of Guisley in the County of York Spinster deceased (who died on the 29^th day of October 1892) and who at the time of her death had one share numbered 4 in the undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation, and made out her claim to the said one share now standing in the name of the said Martha Anne Renard deceased in the Books of the Company of Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation by producing the ticket or title to the said one share and the Probate of the Will of the said Martha Anne Renard deceased the said Will bearing date the 3^rd day of June 1890 and proved by the said Executors in the District Probate Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at Wakefield on the 5^th day of December 1891.
And the claim was admitted accordingly and a new ticket or title ordered to be made out.
