Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 21^St day of March 1893 @ 3,o,clock pm
Present: Mr E C Little Chairman, Mr H H Mills Solicitor, Mr Jno Howard, Mr W^m Davies, Sir W H Marling Bart.
Ordered that the next Committee Meeting be held on Tuesday the 25^th day of April next at 3,o,clock pm and the General Half-yearly Meeting on the same day at 3.30pm.
Mr Hamilton Mills informed the Committee that he had seen Mr Curry as requested at the last Meeting and had ascertained the Board of Trade would grant an interview with the Committee upon the consideration of the Schedule of Tolls of which due notice would be given.
The Stroud Gas Go having applied for permission to lay a pipe across the Towing path at their works to drain the road there, permission was given subject to the approval of the Clerk.
Sir W H Marling made an offer of letting to the Canal Co at a rent of £15 a year the Railway siding which crossed a field of his formerly used for the convenience of the Ebley Oil Mills. The matter having been fully discussed it was agreed by a majority to accept his offer, subject to certain conditions.
