General Half Yearly Meeting. Tonnage since 1 April £883 15s 8d. After wages, etc, profit £503 5s 2d. Dividend of £2 declared.
At a General Half-yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the office at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 22^nd day of October 1895 @ 3.30pm

The Minutes of the Committee since the last General Meeting were approved and confirmed.
It appears that the sum of £883..15..8 has been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st day of October 1895, and a balance brought forward from the last Half-year (after payment of Dividend) of £55..9..4 making a total of £939..5..- of which sum £435..19..10 has been applied towards payment of Wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £503..5..2 available for Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £2 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November next, free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balance of £103..5..2 to the next Half-years Account.
The sum of £423..7..11 in the hands of the Treasurer stands to the Credit of the Reserve Fund.
