Summary

No communication from Stonehouse Parochial Committee as to sewerage receiving tank at mud deposit. Chairman had observed area pegged out beyond what was contemplated.
Major C H Fisher in failing health, no longer wished to be member of Committee. Resolution of sympathy adopted.
Reverend Frederick Colborne Fisher and Charles John Fisher claimed shares nos.81,91,129,163, will of Reverend Frederick Colborne Fisher.

Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Tuesday the 24^th day of April 1900 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: Mr C H Hooper Chairman, Mr H Hamilton Mills Solicitor, Mr W Davies, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr P J Evans, Mr W J Stanton.
The various Accounts, Books and Vouchers signed by the Auditor and certified to be correct were produced and passed.
The Treasurers Book was produced, examined and signed by the Chairman.
A letter to the Clerk from Messrs Apperly Curtis & C^o was read, acknowledging permission to raise the top of their water softening Tank.
The Committee learned the death of Mr Rechab Wood their tenant of the Bill-posting Stations at Wallbridge and Dudbridge, and were informed of certain proposals by hid family for continuing it.
The Chairman asked whether any communication has been received from the Stonehouse Parochial Committee as to the sewage receiving Tank at the Mud Deposit - having observed an area pegged out beyond what was contemplated by the last minute on the subject (page 264) but was informed by the Clerk that none had reached him/
Major C Hawkins Fisher having intimated his inability to attend further Meetings of the Committee, on account of failing health, and his desire that his name should not be retained, a resolution of sympathy moved from the Chari and seconded by M^r Walter J Stanton was unanimously adopted and the Chairman was desired to forward the same to Major Fisher.
Stephen James Dudbridge of 8 Lansdown Stroud in the County of Gloucester attended on behalf of and under a written authority from the Reverend Frederick Colborne Fisher one of the executors named in the Will of the Frederick Colborne Fisher deceased power reserved of making the like grant to Charles John Fisher son also of the deceased the other executor named in the said Will who died on the ninth day of December 1899, and made out his claim to four shares Numbered respectively 84, 91, 129 & 163 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation and now standing in the name of the Reverend Frederick Colborne Fisher deceased in the books of the Company of Proprietors of the said Stroudwater Navigation by producing the tickets or titles to the said four shares of the said Reverend Frederick Colborne Fisher deceased the said Will bearing date 9^th day of May 1898 and proved by the said executor in the District Probate Registry of Her Majestys High Court of Justice at Derby on the 2^nd March 1900 and the claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets of titles ordered to be made out.
