Board of Stroud Gas Co dealt with servant Frederick Smith for trespassing on canal for fish and assaulting Frank Bassett.
Mr Snape requested to sign tenancy agreement for warehouse on Wallbridge Wharf with National Telephone Co.

The Various Accounts, Books and Vouchers signed by the Auditor & certified to be correct were produced and passed.
The Treasurers Book was produced and signed by the Chairman.
The Clerk reported to the Committee the reply received by him from Mr G W Sibly to the letter written at the 'Chairmans' direction September 24, to the effect that Mr Sibly still declined to pay the 2/6 for water taken by him from the Canal. Instructions were given to the Solicitor of the Company to write to Mr Sibly.
A complaint received from Mr C Critchley the Company's tenant at Stonehouse Wharf, of the water in the well on the premises. Mr Snape was directed to see Mr Critchley and, if necessary, to propose to share with Mr Critchley a connection with the Chalford Water supply.
Mr Hamilton Mills reported that the Board of the Stroud Gas Company had dealt with their servant Frederick Smith, who was reported at the last Committee Meeting for trespassing on the Canal for fish, and assaulting, Frank Bassett, and there was reason to thin their caution would be effectual to prevent a repetition of the offence.
Authority was given to Mr Snape, to sign on behalf of the Company, a tenancy agreement for a Warehouse at Wallbridge Wharf with the National Telephone Company.
