Ordered that a Dividend of £1..7..6 on each Share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November 1906 free of Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £126..1,,0 to the next Half Years Account.
The sum of £67..14..8 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit and Offices Company Ltd, and £500 in the Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock, costing £510..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £587..15..8,
