It appears that the sum of £655..15..8 has been received from the 1^st day of October 1907 to the 1^st day of April 1908 and a balance brought forward of £75..0..3 from last Half Year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £730..15..11 of which sum £518..9..9 has been applied towards payment of wages, disbursement, etc (including a sum of £150, paid towards the deficit of the Revenue of the Thames and Severn Canal Act 1895) and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £212..6..2 ---available for Dividend---.
Ordered that a Dividend of £-..10^s/..- per share be declared payable on the 1^st day of May next free of Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £112..6..2 to next Half Years Account.
The sum of £49..3..5 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit & Offices C^o Let and £500 in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £569..4..5.
It was resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed:-
