It appears that the sum of £649..12..0 had been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st day of October 1908 and a balance brought forward of £112..6..2 from last Half Year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £761..18..2 of which sum £417..19..5 has been applied towards payment of wages disbursement, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £343..18..9 available for Dividend.
Ordered that a Dividend of £-..15^s/..- on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November 1908 free of Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £193..18..9 to the next Half Years Account.
The sum of £63..11..2 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit & Offices C^o Ltd and £500 in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..- stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £583..12..2.
