[Mr Price's tenancy at Dudbridge] The Clerk reported Mr Price unwilling to complete the Agreement for the tenancy at Dudbridge Wharf, and that he had, instead, given notice to leave the premises Jany 25^th. He had, at the Charimans direction. advertised in the Citixen (without result so fra) and he was instructed to repeat it another week stating the Rent (5/- p week)
[Notices on Canal Bridge] The question of Notices on Bridges re Heavy Motors, was discussed further and again adjourned for more information.
[Thames and Severn Canal] The Clerk produced Statement of A/c and Balance Sheet of the Thames and Severn Canal for the year ended September 1908. The amount of tolls received by this Company in respect to through traffic, over the Stroudwater Navigation to and from the Thames and Severn Canal for the year ended Sept 30 1908 will now be ascertained in compliance with sec 43 of the Thames and Severn Canal Trust Act 1895.
