[Practices of the Committee proposed changes] The question was considered of the advisability of making certain changes to the practice of the Committee in the matter of each member of the Committee signing the minutes of Meetings and the feeling was in fabour of omitting this practice and instead that each member of the Committee should sign the minute Book at the commencement of the meeting but this as also a suggestion that three consecutive absences should no longer disqualify and some other matter were left for consideration by Mr Whittingham and discussion at the General Meeting in April.
