Ordered that a Dividend of £1..0..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November 1909 free of Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £286..9..2 to the next Half Years Accounts.
The sum of £92..16..7 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit and Offices C^o Ltd and £500 in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £612,,17,,7,
