[Silt in Canal Glos C C] Gloucestershire County Council - Deposit of Silt in Canal. Mr Whittingham stated that the clause 308 referred to in Minute of last Meeting only relates to Urban District Councils. Mr Evans has seen the Chairman of the Highways Committee see Minute page 140.
[Stroud Water C^O Mr Whittingham's letter] Mr Whittingham read the letter of his firm to the Stroud Water Company of the 17^th November, pointing out that the Water Company had no monopoly. His firm --had-- at presenty only had an acknowledgement of the letter.
[Caiedonian Railway C^o (Water supply)] A letter from the Caledonian Railway C^o Canal Department was read re supplies of water from Canals to Public Works, Traders and Others. To lie on the table.
[Stroud UDC pipe under Canal] An application having been made by the Stroud Urban District Council for permission to lay water pipe under Canal and Towing path at Downfield. The Clerk reported that he had written in the terms of Minute of Meeting Oct 31 1908 page 112.
