Stroud Urban District Council had not signed agreement re proposed laying of water pipes under and by canal.
White of Framilode had not paid his rent. Mr Whittingham to put in a distress if both quarters rent not paid 31 March.
Whiting of Eastington to pay 3½d per ton for all railway borne coal deposited on canal wharf.
Notices re Motor Car Act affixed to bridges.
Letter from sanitary inspector. No objection to proposed alteration at Stonehouse Mud tip.
Need of connecting Company’s cottages at Dudbridge to main sewer. Estimates for work to be obtained by next meeting.
Probable closing of T&S Canal above Chalford informally discussed. County Council likely to approach Company as to working the Navigation.
[1910 March] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 16^th day of March 1910 @ 3.30 o'clock pm

[Clerks report] The Clerk reported:
[Stroud UDC pipe at Downfield] 1 That Stroud Urban District Council had not yet sighed the agreement respecting the proposed laying of water pipes under and by the Canal but the matter was in Mr Whittingham's hands.
[White Framilode re rent] 2 That White of Framilode had not paid his rent and Mr Whittingham was instructed to put in a distress if both quarters rent were not paid by 31^st March.
[Whiting Eastington] 3 That Whiting of Eastington has undertaken to pay 3½ per ton for all Railway borne Coal deposited on the Canal Wharf.
[Motor Car Acts] 4 That the Notices re Motor Car Act had been affixed to the Bridges.
[Company's Seal land at Dudbridge] The Company's Seal was affixed to a Conveyance of land at Dudbridge to Messrs Apperly Curtis & C^o Ltd.
[Next Meeting] On the proposition of the Chairman seconded by Mr F A Little it was decided that the next Meeting of Committee be held on the 20^th April next @ 3.30pm and the General Half Yearly Meeting take place at 4.0pm the same day.
[Mud Tip Stonehouse] A letter was read from the Sanitary Inspector making no objection to a proposed alteration at the Stonehouse Mud Tip and calling attention to the need of connecting the Company's Cottages at Dudbridge to the Main Sewer. It was decided to obtain Estimates for the work by the next Meeting.
[Thames & Severn Canal] The probable closing of the Thames and Severn Canal above Chalford was informally discussed and it was considered likely that this Company would be approached by the County Council as to working the Navigation.
