It appears that the sum of £733..18..2 has been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st day of October 1910 and a balance brought forward of £269..8..6 from the last Half Year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £1003,,6,,8 of which sum £426..18..0 has been applied towards payment of wages disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £576..8..8.
Ordered that a Dividend of £1..2..6 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November 1910 free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balance of £351..8..8 to the next Half Years account.
The sum of £128..6..10 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit and Offices C^o Ltd, and £500..- in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £510..1..0 stand to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £648..7..10.
