At a General Half Yearly Meting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 19^th day of April 1911 @ 4 o'clock pm

It appears that the sum of £715..16..4 has been received from the 1^st day of October 1910 to the 31^st day of March 1911 and a balance brought forward of £351..8..8 from the last Half Years account (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £1067..5..0 of which sum £629..0..4 has been applied towards the payment of wages disbursements, etc, (including a sum of £150..- paid towards the deficit of the Revenue of the Thames and Severn Canal - Act 1895) and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £438..4..8.
Ordered that a Dividend of £1..0..0 per share be declared payable on the 1^st day of May next free of Income Tax, carrying forward a balacne of £238..4..8 to the next Half Years Accounts.
The sum of £620..5..10 in the hands of the Chancery Land Safe Deposit & Offices C^o Ltd, and £500 in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £1140..6..10.
It was resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed viz:- Mr P J Evans Chairman, Sir W H Marling Bart, Mr W J Stanton, Mr W Davies, Mr E P Little, Mr A J Morton Ball, Mr S S Marling, Mr F A Little, Mr F S Whittingham, Mr J R Morton Ball, Mr H R Hooper, Mr J Margetson.
