It appears that the sum of £708..0..3 has been received from the 1^st day of April to the 1^st day of October 1911 and a balance brought forward of £238..4..8 from the last Half Year (after payment of Dividend) making a total of £946..4..11 of which sum £426..19..6 has been applied towards the payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £525..5..5.
Ordered that a Dividend of £1..0..0 on each share be declared payable on the 1^st day of November 1911 free of Income Tax carrying forward a balance of £325..5..5 to the next Half Years Account.
The sum of £45..4..1 in the hands of the Chancery Lane Safe Deposit and Offices C^o Ltd, and £500 in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribes Stock costing £520..1..0 and £500 in North British Railway C^os 4½% Convertible Preference 1875, costing £589..9..6 stands to the credit of the Revenue Fund making a total of £1154..14..7.
