Mr Alder of Ryeford paid 10s claimed for alleged damage by leakage from canal.
Messrs Peake & Co. had paid balance of 5s due for damage to Saul Bridge.
Stroud Urban District Council paid 10s agreed and requested a receipt in full of all demands which Clerk declined to give in view of undertaking given to maintain the surface where broken for their purpose for three years.
Mrs Lewis’ solicitors written to, declining any responsibility for repair of camp sheeting at Ryeford.
Canal Association had sent copies of several proposed Bills in Parliament for opinion of Committee.
Mr Worth of the Ham Mills declined offer to come on Committee. Mr R J Caruthers-Little was prepared to join.
Arthur William Stanton claimed shares nos.43,44,76,86, will of Charles Holbrow Stanton.

[Clerks report: The Clerk reported:
1 That Mr Alder at Ryeford had been paid the Ten shillings claimed for alleged damage by leakage from the Canal.
2 Messrs Peake & C^o had paid the balance of 5^s/- due for damage to Saul Bridge which they had disputed.
3 That in paying the Ten shillings agreed on the Stroud U D Council had requested a receipt in full of all demands, which he had declined to give in view of the undertaking given by the Council to maintain the surface, where broken for their purpose, for 3 years, and M^r Whittingham undertook to draft a suitable receipt to be given them.
4 Mrs Lewis's Solicitors had been written to declining any responsibility for the repair of camp sheeting at Ryeford but no further communication had been received from them.
[Canal Association] The Canal Association had sent copies of several proposed Bills in parliament for the opinion of the Committee and M^r Whittingham undertook to look them through and report to the next Meeting of the Committee.
[Committee] The Chairman stated that Mr Worth of the Ham Mills declined the offer to come on the Committee.
Mr E P Little said that Mr R J Caruthers-Little was prepared to join the Committee.
[Claim of Shares N^os 43, 44, 76, 86 by A W Stanton]
Arthur William Stanton of 108^a Cannon Street in the City of London Esquire attended as Executor of the Will of Charles Holbrow Stanton late of Field Place Stroud in the County of Gloucester Esquire who died on the 19^th day of January 1913 at Field Place aforesaid and made out his claim to four shares numbered respectively 43, 44, 76, 86 of the Undertaking of the Stroudwater Navigation and now standing in the name of the said Charles Holbrow Stanton aforesaid in the Books of the said Company by producing the tickets or titles to the said four Shares and the Probate of the Will and Codicil of the said Charles Holbrow Stanton the said Will bearing date the 8^th day of April 1911 and the said Codicil attached thereto bearing date the 19^th day of April 1913 and proved by the said Executor in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice on the 7^th day of February 1914 and the claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets or titles ordered to be made out.
