[1914 June] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 17^th day of June 1914 @ 3.30 o'clock pm
Present: Philip Jas Evans, Edward P Little, F S Whittingham, F A Little, W H Marling;
[Stroud UDC Effluent Drain] The Clerk produced copy of receipt drafted by M^r Whittingham which he had sent to the Clerk of the Stroud Urban District Council for the payment made to this Company respecting the Effluent drain.
[Parliamentary Bills] Mr Whittingham reported upon the Parliamentary Bills and Unemployment Extension Order submitted by the Canal Association and it was considered unnecessary to make any observation in regard to the same.
[Framilode Lock] The Clerk reported that two new logger-heads were required for the bottom gates at Framilode Lock which would cost about £2.10..0 for the timber also that the Stonehouse and Eastington Wharves had been repaired and were now ready for the County Council stone and he would let the County Surveyor know.
[Traffic] The Traffic from April 1^st to 17^th June amounted to £218..1..5 comparing with £219..1..1 in 1913 and £239..8..1 in 1912 for the same length of time but it was explained that the delivery of road stone was much later this year and the balance would no doubt be shortly redressed.
[Bank Balance] Balance to credit at Bank was £316..12..5 compared with 305..10..9 same time last year and 239..8..1 same time in 1912.
