Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Policy endorsed.
Mr Knight Barnard had not paid rent re water from canal and pipe over Oil Mills Bridge at Ebley. Week to pay or Clerk to block pipe under towing path and give Mr Barnard three months’ notice to remove pipe over bridge. Agreement 8 July 1904.
Stroud Electric Lighting: Decision to inform Mr Edwards, the Promoter, of rent fixed at £5 per annum for proposed overhead cable at Downfield. Agreement to be prepared at Mr Edwards’ cost.
Cheltenham & District Billposting Co allowed rent rebate of one half of rent for six months, if paid punctually.
[1914 Sept] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 16^th day of September 1914 @ 3 o'clock pm

The Clerk reported that:
[Workmens Compensation Insurance] 1 The Workmens Compensation Insurance Policy had been duly endorsed in accordance with Minute of last Meeting (15^th July).
[Rents unpaid] 2 Mr Knight Barnard had not paid the rent due from him in respect of water from the Canal and pipe over the Oil Mills Bridge at Ebley. The Committee directed that he should be given a week in which to pay and if not paid, by the time fixed, the Clerk was ordered to block up the pipe under the towing path and also give M^r Barnard three months notice to remove the pipe over the Bridge in accordance with the Agreement dated 8^th July 1904.
[Stroud Electric Lighting] Stroud Electric Lighting - It was decided to inform Mr Edwards (the Promoter) that the Committee had fixed the rent at £5..- p a for the proposed overhead Cable at Downfield subject to an agreement to be prepared by the Company's Solicitors at Mr Edward's cost.
The Cheltenham and District Billposting C^o having applied for their rent to be reduced during the War the Committee decided to allow a rebate of one half for the next six months if paid punctually.
[Next Meeting] Ordered that the next Committee Meeting be held on Wednesday the 21^st day of October 1914 @ 3.30pm and the General Half Yearly Meeting on the same day @ 4 o'clock pm.
