Sub-committee to meet Stroud Urban District Council and Mr Edwards, promoter of proposed Electric Company for Stroud.
Proposal by Messrs Dickinson Cox to sublet Stonehouse Wharf and premises not carried out. Mr Penn left their employment.
Repairs at Wallbridge and Dudbridge. One of piers of entrance gates at Dudbridge Wharf injured by Stroud Brewery Steam Lorry. Repaired by Brewery Company.
Pier of bridge at Ryeford damaged by Brunsdon’s servants. Promise to pay cost.

[1914 Nov] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 18^th day of November 1914 @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: Philip Jas Evans, W^m Davies, Edward P Little, W H Marling, F S Whittingham, F A Little.
[Stroud Electric Light] Correspondence with the Stroud Urban District Council was put in and discussed; M^r Whittingham proposed that a small sub-Committee be appointed to meet the Council and Mr Edwards the promoter of the proposed Electric Company for Stroud.
It was resolved that the Chairman, M^r E P Little and M^r Whittingham should constitute the Sub-Committee with power to deal with the questions raised as to the propriety of the desired permission to carry wires across the Canal and payment to be made for the same.
[Stonehouse Wharf] The proposal of Messrs Dickinson & Cox to sublet Stonehouse Wharf premises had not been carried out owing to M^r Penn having left their employment.
[Various repairs Damage done by Stroud Brewery C^os Lorry Traction Engine] The Manager reported the carrying out of repairs at Wallbridge and Dudbridge also that one of the piers of the Entrance gates at Dudbridge Wharf had been injured by Stroud Brewery Steam Lorry but had been repaired by the Brewery Company.
[owned by Mr Brunsdon damage to Pier at Ryeford] The Pier of the Bridge at Ryeford had been damaged by M^r Brunsdons servants and he had promised to pay cost of putting it right.
[Traffic] The traffic to date since October 1^st ws 126..15..6 against for 1913 135..19..1 and for 1912 158..-..-.
Amount to Credit at Bank stood at 351..18..9 compared with 334..17..5 last November and 397..13..4 November 1912.
