Through traffic year ending September 1914 £331 10s 9d. £366 6s 9d average for three years. September 1894 £449 4s 1d. Decrease of £83 3s 4d. No payment due.

It was stated that no further communication had been received from the Promoters of the Stroud Electric Lighting C^o.
The Clerk reported that he had received a post Card from Mr Bush suggesting an appointment to meet on the spot and that he (the Clerk) had written to Mr Bush making an appointment but up to present had received no reply.
The Clerk reported that he had obtained the Balance poles for the Bristol Road and Eastington Locks.
M^r Whittingham stated that he had attended to Stroud Brewster Session on the 5^th Feby inst re the objection to renewing the License of the Ship Inn where nothing was done, the matter being adjourned for a month viz to the 5^th March next.
The Clerk reported that the Middle gates of the Double Locks at Ryeford will soon require renewng he had obtained Estimates for the timber and it was decided to accept Messrs Peak & C^os Estimate of £32..- being the lowest.
A letter was read from Mr Homer Manager of Lloyds Bank Ltd, Stroud in which he thanked the Committee for his appointment as Treasurer.
An application from the Gloucestershire County Council for £150..- due under Sec 44 of the Thames and Severn Canal Trust Act 1895 was submitted and approved and the Cheque was drawn and signed.
The Clerk reported the result of the Statement he had been instructed to prepare in response to the requirement of the County Council under Sec 43 of the Thames and Severn Canal Trust Act 1895 as to through traffic for the year ending Sept 1914. It appeared that £331..10..9 was the amount of such through traffic for the year and that £366..0..9 was the average for the three years last past. The latter figure compared with the average of the three years ended September 1894 (£449..4..1) showed a decrease of £83..3..4 and therefore no payment was due under Section 46 of the Thames and Severn Canal Trust Act 1895.
