Mr Snape absent through indisposition. Mr Snape Junr reported that Mr Bush had not yet done lopping to trees on property at Eastington.
Correspondence re Ship Inn between Messrs Little and Whittingham and Mr Treasure of Gloucester discussed. Mr Whittingham to negotiate terms on which compensation should be claimed and to consult with Mr Treasure as to advertising Ship Inn building as ‘being to let’.
Sharpness Docks Co to raise charge on coal from tip at Sharpness from 1½d to 3d per ton. At Thames & Severn meeting at Gloucester, Mr Gardom stated proposed increased charge could not be made.

Mr Snape to write to General Post Office about amount owing to Navigation for Telephone Wayleaves and requesting payment.
Minutes of meeting of Canal Association 9 April read. Costs in case of Sharpness Docks Co v. Corporation of Worcester not yet taxed. Amounts contributing companies called on to provide not yet known.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 21^st day of April 1915 @ 3.30 o'clock pm

The memorandum of the proceedings at the Meeting of Committee on March 17^th last was read and on proposal by Mr E P Little seconded by M^r Stanley Marling approved and confirmed.
It was reported by Mr Snape Jun^r in the absence of Mr W J Snape through indisposition that Mr Bush had not yet done the needful lopping to the trees on his property at Eastington.
Correspondence respecting the Ship Inn between Messrs Little & Whittingham and M^r Treasure of Gloucester was read and discussed and Mr Whittingham was desired to negociate the terms on which compensation should be claimed and further to consult with M^r Treasure as to advertising the Ship Inn Building as 'being to let',
Notice had been received from the General Manager of the Sharpness Docks C^o of their intention to raise their charge on Coal from the Tip at Sharpness from 1½^d to 3^d per ton. The Chairman stated that this subject had been brought up at the Thames and Severn Canal Meeting at Gloucester when M^r Gardom stated that in his view the proposed increased charge could not be made.
M^r Whittingham undertook to confer with M^r Gardom on the subject.
An application had been made by a Mr Fifield for particulars regarding the Ship Inn as he had some idea he might be able to take it.
Mr Snape was instructed to write to the General Post Office calling attention to the amount owing to the Navigation for Telephone Way-leaves & requesting payment.
Minutes of the Meeting of the Canal Association held Ap 9^th last had been received and were read in which it was stated "inter alia" that the costs in the case of the Sharpness Docks C^o v The Corporation of Worcester had not yet been taxed so that it was not yet known what amounts the contributing companies would be called on to provide.
The Balance Sheet was fully discussed and it was resolved to recommend a Dividend of 20^s/ per share for the half year ended March 31^st payable on May 1^st.
