Dock Co in negotiation with Railway Co. Matter of great importance to Company. Mr Whittingham to communicate with Sharpness Docks Co.
Annual inspection of canal to be made by Mr Margetson and Mr Whittingham for the lower section, Mr F A Little and Mr Marling for the upper section.

[1916 June] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 21^st day of June 1916 @ 3.30 o'clock pm
Present: A J Morton Ball, F S Whittingham, Jack Margetson, W^m Davies, F A Little.
The Clerk reported that:
1 The framework of the weighing Machine at Eastington had been repaired.
2 The Agreement as to Telephone Exchange wire had been completed.
3 M Tudor has been informed of the decision of the Committee previously reported.
4 A similar application by Mr Whiting of Eastington had been received and the Clerk was instructed to inform Mr Whiting as in the terms communicated to Mr Tudor.
5 A new pair of Middle Gates for the Double Locks at Ryeford are in course of being constructed at the Company's Depôt at Eastington.
6 The weeding of the Canal is now in hand.
7 The continued absence of Mr Humphries from the Office through illness.
