In March 1907 £46 drawn from Reserve Fund towards cost of weighbridge at Stonehouse Wharf. Rented by Messrs Dickinson & Cox at £6 per annum. Paid into Reserve Fund. Total £60. Rent in future to go to revenue.

The Agreement with Mr Snape was read to the Committee and the Chairman was authorised to sign same and it was signed by the Chairman & Mr Snape.
Attention was drawn to the fact that in March 1907 £46 was drawn from the Reserve Fund towards the cost of a Weighbridge at Stonehouse Wharf rented since by Messrs Dickinson & Cox (and kept in order by them) @ £6..- per annum; this had been up to 29^th September, paid into the Reserve Fund Account making a total of £60..- which is £14..- over the amount so drawn and the Committee decided that in future the rent should go to Revenue A/c.
The Statement of A/cs for the Half Year ending 30^th September was read and discussed and it was decided to recommend a Dividend of 10^s/- per share payable on Nov 1^st.
