William Timbrell willing to take any of Company’s houses at Dudbridge against time when, restrictions removed, he would be able to get coal. Then prepared to rent warehouse alone, if no house available.
Mr Ira J Bassett replied to Company’s offer of 50 sq yards on Stonehouse Wharf at £3 p.a. Now wished to rent 40 sq yards for £2 10s p.a. and rent land behind, 210 sq yards, at 30s p.a. Company preferred to let 50 sq yards and let land at back as garden ground for 30s a year.
Notice of demobilisation of soldiers now lent for purpose of discharging boats, requesting they be paid off Saturday 18 January.
Mr Lambert applied to Company to repair certain interior fixtures in stable he rents of Company. Manager to call his attention to terms of lease. Tenant to execute repairs.

A letter had been received from William Timbrell who was willing to take any of the Company's houses at Dudbridge in reddiness against the time when the restrictions being removed & he was able to get coal when he would be prepared to rent the Warehouse alone if no house were available.
Mr Ira J Bassett had replied to the Company's offer of 50 s y on the Stonehouse Whard at £3..- a year. He now was wishful to rent 40 s y for £2..10..0 a year ad would rent the land behind at 30/- a year -being about 210 sq yards.
Mr Snape was instructed to inform him that the Company preferred to let the 50 s y first spoken of and would be willing to let the land at back as garden ground fro the 30/- a year. A proper Agreement to be drawn up at expense of the Tenant.
Letters had been received giving the Company notice of the demobilisation of the Soldiers now lent for the purpose of discharging boats and requesting tht they be paid off on Saturday Jany 18^th,
