When do you think it likely the dredger will reach the Shallow Lock? The Committee have decided she will not work beyond that point and I must give the Sharpness Dock Co one weeks notice of our intention to give her up. P.S. From today the repair of the roadway over the Eastington, Ryeford and Dudbridge bridges is taken out of the hands of the Wheatenhurst Highway Board and we will as formerly keep all our bridges and roadways over them in repair.
